There will
be a $100 (US) cash deposit due when you arrive. It will be refunded to you when
you check out as long as there are no damages to the condo. |

Maximum occupancy is 6
people per condo for condos 3-8, and 4 people maximum for condos
1-2. 5 people per RV/camping space. Additional guests are $20 per night,
per guest. |
|
Assigned parking is
limited to ONE VEHICLE PER CONDO. Extra vehicles, including boats,
trailers, and dune buggy's, may be parked within the property for an
additional charge of $10 per night, or may be parked outside on the
street at no charge. |
|
For your safety and
vehicle control, please keep your parking permit visible at all
times, inside your windshield. Please close the gates when leaving
or returning to Playa Bonita at night. |
|
No Parking allowed other
than at assigned parking spaces. No parking allowed at the front of
the property so the view of the beach is not obstructed. |
|
Due to safety
precautions all atcs must be walked in and out of the property. All
vehicles 5 MPH while inside the property. |
|
No fireworks are allowed
inside the property. No loud music after 11 P.M. |
|
No tents or sleeping
bags are allowed on the beach. |
|
BBQs are available for
your use. Please check with the manager. |
|
A $10.00 charge for lost
keys will be deducted from your deposit. |
|
Cancellations made 15
days prior your arrival date are refundable with a 10% cancellation
fee of the subtotal. Cancellations made 14 days or less will be
charged the first night and
credited the remainder for future use. |
|
Bracelets are provided
for security and protection of our guests. We ask that you wear them
at all times during your stay. |
|
Condos must be left
fairly clean. No dirty dishes left, otherwise there will be a $30
charge for additional maid service. |
|
30 Days notice needed if you are cancelling a holiday reservation, no exceptions.
If less than 30 days given, you will be charged for the first night and the remainder balance will be used as a credit for later use.
Good for 1 year from the date of cancellation. |
