    | We are located 3/4 of a mile from
      the center of town by way of the lighthouse on a secluded cove with a
      beautiful beach. We are located just North of the
      lighthouse.  Just drive all the way into town until you are looking
      at the water.  Turn left and make a right at the end of the malecon. 
      Turn left at first street and drive towards lighthouse.  Turn left at
      the last street and you will see us about 3/4 mile down.  There are
      signs pointing the way as well. |

    | How many bedrooms are there and how many
      people can sleep in the condo? |

        All units are 1 bedroom.  4-6 person sleeping capacity.2 units have a queen size bed.6 units have 2 double beds.All units have a full side futon in the living
          room for extra sleeping capacity. |

    | Pets are not allowed
      in the condos, but are welcomed in the R.V. Campsites. |

    | Our rates range from $60.00
      to $125.00 US/per night plus Tax (IVA) of 12%.  rates are varied
      depending on season, holidays and number of
      guests. Please see

      assigned parking for your vehicle.  Additional parking is available
      for boats, trailers and recreational vehicles for a nominal fee. |

    | San Felipe is located 120 miles south of Mexicali, to the Northeast of 
	the Gulf of California also known as the Sea of Cortez and the state of Sonora, and is to the Southeast of Ensenada. The altitude of the Bay of San Felipe is 3 meters above sea level (or about 10 ft.) |
